Shipping Update: We're Upgrading to Serve You Better

At Soul Lift Cacao, we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience of ordering cacao on our website and receiving it at your doorstep.

As part of that ongoing process, we’re making a shift to a new shipping service in August.

This change will help us move from shipping only twice a week—on Tuesdays and Fridays—to shipping orders every weekday, Monday through Friday.

It’s an important step toward greater reliability and faster turnaround for your orders.

To implement this upgrade, there will likely be a short pause in shipping, lasting around one week in mid-August. We’ll do our best to make this transition as smooth as possible, and we’ll keep you informed if the timeline shifts in the top announcement bar of the website.

August is basically the slowest month for a cacao business, so it's the best possible time to make this switch.

The pause is likely to happen from about Aug 13-20.

So if you'll need cacao in August, we recommend that you place an order by August 7 so that we can ship it on August 8 or 12!

We’ll still offer a range of shipping options to meet different budgets and delivery needs (USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage, plus UPS). That part isn’t changing.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this change. It’s an important move that will help us serve you better in the long run.
