However please understand that we are a VERY small business with limited capacity.

  • If you need to change or cancel an order and it has not yet shipped, you can do that on your customer account page or using the Edit/Cancel link in your order confirmation email. That will be much faster than contacting us. And due to limited staff capacity, if you need us to do it manually, there's a 3% processing fee on any refunds issued.

For other questions, there's an 80-90% chance that our FAQ Page (with a helpful search box) will provide an answer. Examples:
