We're thrilled to present these Mayan calendars from Momostenango, Guatemala, described as the "mecca" of the modern Mayan world.

This calendar by Mayan spiritual guide Rigoberto Itzep Chanchavac overlays the Cholq'ij (or Tzolkin) calendar onto the Gregorian/Western days and months, showing the Nahual or "energy sign" of each day.

The Tzolkin calendar is thought to have parallel meaning to other Mesoamerican calendars.

The calendar is printed in Guatemala and sent to us by the author. It is presented mostly in Spanish with some passages in a local Mayan dialect that provide more interpretation about the Mayan Cosmovision.
