If you need to edit or cancel an order, use the link from your confirmation email. This will always be faster than trying to contact us to do it.

Also, orders transition to our shipping system every day at 2am Pacific time, at which time they are no longer editable.

Once delivered, we don't accept returns on food products, even if it's unopened.

However, as a legally registered food business, we take responsibility for the products we sell. If you believe there's a problem with the food product you purchased from us, use the Contact page to reach us.

All orders placed through our website currently include shipping insurance that will cover most damages the product or product's packaging might incur during shipping (except for melting). Read more on the Shipping Info page

Purchases of digital products and services (courses, ebooks, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
