This was the first one I tried from ya'll. It has a very deep earthy chocolate smell. The taste in a drink took some getting used to. Wasn't sure i liked it, but after the 2nd cup I found myself craving it. Now it's one I try to keep on hand.
It has a very normal chocolate taste. Almost don't need to add sweetener to get a chocolate bar taste. Def one of my favs.
One of my favorites along with Lavalove. The fragrance is sweet and floral, almost like a perfume. It has zero bitterness which I love!
Lavaove is gentle, yet tasteful, with zero bitterness and it gives an earthy feel and a nutty aftertaste. This one and Betena are my favorites so far. Betena has a sweeter, more floral aroma if that's what you're looking for.
I just finished another cup of this and had to write and tell you how much I love it. I started my Cocao journey a few weeks ago, ordering a few varieties from a few different companies. I'm still in the process of trying different kinds, but I always come back to this. It just gives me a special feeling from the first sip, no matter how I prepare it.
I'm still curious about trying your other varieties, and my recent order was for Heart of the Earth, but really, Lavalove is amazing and it will be one that I always come back to.
