Expected U.S. delivery: between {min_lead_days,4} and {max_lead_days,7}. Please allow up to 7 business days from time of order to arrival. All domestic orders include shipping insurance to protect from damages. Please read the Shipping Info page for more info.

Int'l Shipping: usually 8-14 days from order to arrival. Note that import duties and taxes are not included (exception: you can pre-pay duties to Canada at checkout).

Local Pickup: orders processed Tues-Fri and then available for pickup in SE Portland. You'll receive more instructions at checkout. Please wait until you receive a "ready for pickup" email before coming in. Then you'll have 3 days to pick up order. Due to limited space, orders not picked up by then will be refunded minus a 3% restocking fee.

Refund Policy: We currently do not accept returns for any edible products. However if there's any issue with your order, we are committed to finding a resolution. If you need to cancel or change an order that has not shipped, you can do so using the links in your confirmation email. If you need us to do it for you, we can refund you minus a 3% service fee.
