Cacao Song Circle with Lulu - Fri, May 16

Vocalize your love for cacao and life!

Soul Lift Cacao, and Lulu’s song circles, invite serenity, sacredness, and inclusion. Whoever you are, and wherever you are on your personal journey and self expression (including vocal experience), you are welcome.

Cacao invites us to love – nature, ourselves, each other, the sacred plants.

Songs invite us to love – nature’s sounds, our voices, each other’s voices, the plants’ teachings.

Both also invite us to relax and de-stress, which eases the tension we carry.

When combined, we feel the flow of giving and receiving love a little more easily, through our voices and our actions – paving the way to forgive, practice kindness, discover insights, and celebrate our fragile, miraculous life.

Join us with your heart and voice as we cultivate the energy to appreciate life, just as it is, here and now.

What to expect:

We’ll open by sipping ceremonial cacao sourced directly from Central America (or calming herbal tea). In this time we can converse, connect, and coregulate.

At 7 we’ll form a circle to share brief introductions and practice fun vocal warmups.

Lulu will lead us into inspiring musical space by teaching original heartsongs line-by-line. Responding, we’ll learn these simple and powerful songs, repeating them as mantras for healing and upliftment.

For those who have songs to share:

Yes! Please check in with Lulu prior to the circle if you’d like to share!

We’d love for participants to play light instruments to support the voices (being mindful of volume). And if you have your own songs that you’re called to share, we’d love to make space for that. Just let Lulu know ahead of time.

If you are nervous to sing:

You may simply listen! There is no obligation to sing.

Simply soak up the sounds, hum along, and follow your intuition.

For the last 8 years as Lulove Healing, she has coached people toward self-compassion and a healthier food relationship. She is delighted to pair with Soul Lift Cacao for this event to honor both cacao and music. Her recordings and other offerings may be found at linktr.ee/lulovehealing. Lulu loves nature, music, cooking, holistic healing, connecting people to themselves and each other, and enjoying beautiful cacao.
