There's ceremonial-grade, and then there's Pacala. Quality of this caliber is a gift from nature.

I searched for a very long time for something that would hit the effing spot. Pacala is the only one that does it for me - and to be frank, it's made me completely uninterested in anything else besides what Soul Lift has to offer.
The rest of the so-called "ceremonial cacao" brands out there feel more like mids than magic, and honestly as Soul Lift has worked hard to offer better pricing over the years, the price gap is now pretty tight while the quality gap remains insane.
At this point, the price to quality ratio of anything from Soul Lift makes it a no-brainer to try - and Pacala continues to soar in a league of its own.

This frother is powerful enough for any of your frothing needs. It is larger than I expected, but comes with a nice hard case to cover it all up and is pretty. The one flaw in my opinion is the power button. It will start at the low speed and on the second press will go to high speed and then on the next press will go off. This sounds ok, but when you are using the low speed in a cup of chocolate and then you are trying to turn it off it will cycle thru the high speed which sometimes can over flow your cup (if you cup is slightly small)! You have to be quick to turn it off!
I ordered Lava Love and Heart of the Earth from Guatemala. I like the Lava Love a lot but I love the Heart of the Earth esp. for its earthy flavor with a hint of berry. It tastes almost like a tiny bit of blueberry--my fave. The shipping on my order was great. Got them both with time to spare for my next ceremony. Soul Lift is really providing a great service to the US Cacao community. Thank you very much Nick for all you do.
