We use cacao medicinally for easing ascension symptoms. The heart opening and smooth muscle relaxation helps our bodies move through whatever is releasing. Some days, cacao and hot water is perfect. Other days, blending cacao with dates and walnuts (rose powder for extra special days) makes a creamy comforting drink. We only use Soul Lift cacao and also love Heart of the Earth (more caffeine) and Lava Love (less caffeine). Thank you for this benevolent cacao!
