Smooth, enriching, earthy. One of my go-to's. It does help that I've been to their farm and shop and see how they handle their cacao and practice ceremony so I'm sure this enhances the repeated experience for me. One of my favs.
My partner and I, both, were highly disappointed with this block of cacao. It was very plain, chocolatey tasting and not as earthy. We did finish the entire block and with each see serving felt/experienced the same thing.
