Including the pen is a very nice gesture! The pen itself seems a bit flimsy, but we’ll see how long the cartridge lasts. It seems to write well and smoothly now, after a couple of weeks of use. Thanks again!
My first order of Betena was delicious! Excellent flavor, texture, and strong effects. Enjoyed it enough to order it again instead of Lavalove, but the three cups I’ve had from this new block literally tastes like DIRT. Even after adding cinnamon, cardamom, and brown sugar all I taste is DIRT. Glad I ordered a pound of Heart of the Earth at the same time, hard to drink from this block of Betena..

Very smooth flavor, light and not as earthy as some of the others. Great for introducing new people to cacao. Has quickly become one of my favorites!
